Gerald R. Della Torre specializes in transaction related legal matters. This focus includes commercial and residential real estate transactions, financing/investment transactions, business formation and other related commercial/corporate transactions. He also assists The Firm in all facets of related litigation, including personal injury, workers compensation and family law matters.

Mr. Della Torre earned his BA from Drew University in 1988 and JD from New York Law School in 1992. He is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and New York.
